Overview

Updated and stylish 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo located beachside in the quaint town of Indian Shores. Be prepared to be overwhelmed with the sun and sand when you step your toes into the white sugary beach . The condo is equipped with a full kitchen and 3 large smart TV's. Enjoy sitting on the furnished patio that overlooks the heated pool with your morning coffee or favorite evening beverage. When its time to hit the beach we supply beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. Starter supplies provided: Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent and some coffee pods to get you started.

1 assigned parking space. Guest parking across the street in County owned lot (they charge a fee.)

Dedicated covered parking space (A2) for one vehicle. Parking anywhere else on the property may subject your vehicle to be towed. There is a county owned parking lot across the street for guest parking. Please follow the rules of the parking lot and are clearly posted.

Getting around

The Sun Coast Beach Trolley stops right near the condo and will take you up to Clearwater beach or down to St Pete's Beach or anywhere in between. $5 dollars buys an all day ride pass. I would recommend downloading the app on your phone.

House Rules
-Please do nut run the AC units if you prefer to have the windows open and enjoy the breeze!
-The unit utilizes a heat strip and is not a traditional heat pump, the unit is meant to take the chill out of the air. Please do not run the heater warmer than 75 degrees for extended periods of time.
-No open flames (candles, etc)
-No smoking of any kind within the condo.
-This is a family friendly condominium complex and as such we would ask that all our guests be respectful of other residents and guests in the building.
-Please no late night music or rowdy behavior.
-Please try your best not to track excessive sand into the building.
-Lost keys will result in the loss of $150.00 from the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Guest who cancel at least 60 days before check in will get 100% of the amount they paid minus a 5% cancellation fee.

Guest who cancel at least 30 days before check in will get 50% of the amount they paid minus a 5% cancellation fee.

Guests who cancel less than 30 days will not receive any refund.

It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case
of family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss,
snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest
fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel
insurance.
